Ammo mods add a little something extra to your weapon, giving a range of effects from electric shocks to fire. They can be fitted to your primary weapon after being purchased during a round of Zombies, making your attack more exciting as you mow down hordes of zombies. Here is everything you need to know about all Black Ops 7 Zombies ammo mods.
All Ammo mods in BO7 Zombies

As long as you are at the right level in Black Ops 7 Zombies and have enough Salvage, you can purchase an ammo mod at the Arsenal machine. This machine is located in any of the locked buildings, which can be unlocked by the team using Salvage.
You can only use one ammo mod at a time, and any new mod you purchase swaps out the previous mod. You can then choose to research a Major and Minor Augment, and as you gain XP, the Augment will unlock. Once all Augments are unlocked, your weapon gains an extra slot, and you can add another Minor Augment.
There are six ammo mods currently:
- Fire Works – Firework damage
- Brain Rot – Toxic damage
- Cryo Freeze – Frost damage
- Dead Wire – Electric damage
- Napalm Burst – Fire damage
- Shadow Rift – Shadow damage
