How to get all Wolfsbane intrinsics in Destiny 2

Time to do the mission again.

As with any craftable Exotic in Destiny 2, Wolfsbane has unlockable intrinsics. Intrinsic upgrades allow you to customize blades and handles and improve the weapon’s stats overall.

To unlock all intrinsic upgrades for Wolfsbane, you need to break nine Vex nodes in the Heliostat Exotic mission. You can only break the nodes with Wolfsbane, so you’ll have to run the activity a second time for intrinsics and catalysts.

Here’s how to unlock all Wolfsbane intrinsics in Destiny 2.

All Wolfsbane intrinsic locations in Destiny 2

Nodes 1-3

The first three nodes are in the early traversal section. The first one is in the room filled with water. One of the diamond entryways is blue, and inside, there’s the first Vex node. Break it using Wolfsbane and proceed to the next area.

There’s a node at the very far left door in the large hallway. Follow the path as normal, and before jumping across, go a little bit further to the left to find the node. As soon as you jump across into the hallway on the right, there’s the third node, in the door right under you.

The next set of nodes is during the second jumping section, after solving the hacking puzzle in the blue facility. There’s one on the left side of the room (relatively to the gravlift), on one of the top walkways. It’s really easy to spot.

On the right side are two nodes, each next to one of the radiation generators. Both nodes are on the main path towards the terminal you need to activate to proceed with the mission, so keep an eye out and you won’t miss them.

The last three nodes are in the final boss room. You open one in each of the siderooms with Quicksilver Psion’s help. In the right room, the node is above the computers next to the terminal where you need to call in the Hacking Psion. In the left room, the node is on the left side as soon as you go through the hallway.

Lastly, the final node is in the far left of the main boss room. It’s tucked away behind boxes, but is quite easy to spot as you clear adds or explore the area after killing the boss. Collecting all the nodes grants the Resurgence Directive IV upgrade for Wolfsbane.
