It’s necessary to include at least one Attack unit in every Seed team in ZZZ. It's best to pair her with a Sub-DPS Attack character so that they can share field time without sacrificing one of the Agent's damage. Sadly, most Attack Agents perform best with maximum field time.

Seed + Soldier 0 Anby + Trigger
One of the best Seed teams in ZZZ is when she’s sharing the field with Soldier 0 Anby and Trigger. Trigger is an amazing buffer who can greatly increase her team’s DMG while dealing off-field DMG. That means Trigger won’t consume field time and allow both Sanby and Seed to enjoy most of the combat duration.
What’s beautiful about this Seed team is how Sanby holds this team together with her synergy with Seed alongside her synergy with Trigger. Seed and Trigger are not the only ones who provide a buff for the team. In fact, Soldier 0 Anby also buffs Trigger’s Aftershock DMG, which can deal a decent amount of DMG. Since Seed regenerates Energy for Sanby, she will always have her EX Special Attack ready every time she joins the field—building up is no longer required. It’s easily one of the best teams for Seed in ZZZ.
Seed + Soldier 0 Anby + Astra Yao
Teaming Seed and Soldier 0 Anby opens multiple windows of animation canceling that can increase the team’s DMG, especially when Astra Yao is their Support. As a Support in Zenless Zone Zero, Astra Yao will allow both Seed and Sanby to keep switching themselves in and out, canceling each other’s animations and adding more depth to their synergy. Not to mention, Astra Yao will further increase the team’s DMG alongside Seed and her Core Passive buff.

Seed + Harumasa + Pulchra
Seed can work with any Attack character in ZZZ. So, building a Seed F2P team is possible in Zenless Zone Zero. With another Attack unit in her party, Seed can buff their ATK and Crit DMG while having the same buff for herself. What makes adding an extra Attack unit, like Harumasa, more compelling is Seed’s Additional Ability, which regenerates energy for Harumasa when she hits enemies. At the same time, she also regenerates her Steel Charge stacks whenever Seed or Harumasa consumes Energy.
Since Seed and Harumasa need to share the field, Pulchra is a great addition to this Seed F2P team in ZZZ. She barely needs any field time while perfectly fulfilling her role as a Stun character in Zenless Zone Zero. Players can replace Harumasa with F2P units like Anton or Billy at the cost of replacing Pulchra with characters that will activate the team’s Additional Ability. Still, for an F2P team, Seed, Harumasa, and Pulchra are one of the best F2P Seed teams in ZZZ.
