In order to get a Hamster Cage Pass, there are only a few ways they can be available to you. The only methods you can use include:

Taking part in the New Eridu City Fund (Basic Plan and Growth Plan)
Taking part in Limited-time Events

The best method here to be guaranteed some Hamster Cage Passes is through the New Eridu City Fund. You will get a free Hamster Cage Pass around Level 35, and you can get an additional one if you have the Growth Plan.

Limited-time Events are another way to get some Hamster Cage Passes, but this method won't be as consistent and won't be guaranteed. Keep a watch on the new events that pop up in the game, and a lot of them should offer Hamster Cage Passes as a reward for completing all the available challenges.

How To Use Hamster Cage Pass In Zenless Zone Zero

Once you have some Hamster Cage Passes in your possession, you might be wondering how exactly you can use this rare item. Hamster Cage Passes are specifically used to raise an Agent's Skill Level — such as their Basic Attack, Special Attack, Assist, and more — to level 12. This will max out the level of your Agent's Skill.

In order to use a Hamster Cage Pass on your Agent, you will need to meet the following requirements:

Make sure your Agent is at Level 60, or the maximum possible level.
You will need to get the specific materials and amount of Dennies beforehand in order to upgrade your character's Skill.
Ensure that your Agent's Skill level is at least Level 11 to be able to upgrade it using a Hamster Cage Pass.

To use the Hamster Cage Pass, you can open up the specific Agent's page and go to their Skills. Next, choose the Skill you want to upgrade, such as their Basic Attack or Assist. Then, you can upgrade this Skill using the Hamster Cage Pass so long as it is currently at Level 11.
