ZZZ 2.0 Release Date & Time - Zenless Zone Zero

Zenless Zone Zero 2.0 is the first major update for ZZZ. Not only will it bring a new chapter to the Main Commission, but it also revamps a lot of Zenless Zone Zero's exploration mechanics. For example, when the game was first released, the exploration was done through TV-like screens, but after considering players' feedback, the developer decided to scrap this and replace it with a normal exploration instead.

When Is ZZZ 2.0 Coming Out? - Zenless Zone Zero 2.0

ZZZ 2.0 is scheduled for release on June 5, 2025, for players in the UTC-4 timezone or earlier, or June 6, 2025, for players in the UTC-3 and later. To put it simply, Proxies in the American timezone will have Zenless Zone Zero 2.0 before midnight. In contrast, European players will have it after midnight, and Asian Proxies can enter in the morning or noon.

Zenless Zone Zero 2.0 marks the first anniversary of ZZZ, and players will be spoiled with things such as new exploration systems, new areas, new characters, a free standard S-Rank Agent, and a re-run of one of the best Supports in the game, Astra Yao.

Server updates for HoYoverse games typically last for five hours, so assuming the same goes for ZZZ 2.0 maintenance time, the patch will end at the following times:

Zenless Zone Zero 2.0 is highly anticipated as it brings a new chapter to the Proxies' story. An Agent that looks as powerful as Miyabi, Yixuan, will also be available as a featured Agent in the ZZZ banner, alongside a highly powerful Support character, Astra Yao. The first banner will also include A-Rank Pan Yinhu, who looks like he's designed to support Yixuan.
