The massive open-world Zelda game brought plenty of new ideas to the franchise with its unique mechanics, offering players a variety of things to do within the game. The new "Ultrahand" ability gives players the opportunity to be inventive and build stunning in-game Zelda creations, while the core gameplay saw plenty of refinements and changes. Zelda Fan Creates Stunning Real-World Zonai Batteries
The replies to the post saw plenty of impressed fans, as well as more elaboration on the project from its creator. The original poster revealed that the green lighting effect on the Zonai Batteries is actually achieved using a green LED candle, with one user suggesting they switch to blue lights to show a full Battery. One reply from the user also shared the different types of filament they used when printing the Zonai Batteries, as well as a timelapse video of the real-world Batteries' printing process.
The stunning Tears of the Kingdom creation comes as the Zelda franchise recently welcomed its next major game into the spotlight. September saw the release of The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom as a unique Zelda game featuring the titular princess as its protagonist. The game swaps out much of the franchise's traditional swordplay for Echoes of Wisdom's in-depth "Echo" system, allowing players to copy objects and enemies to traverse the many environments of Hyrule. While Echoes of Wisdom takes center stage now, Tears of the Kingdom will leave a lasting legacy on the Zelda franchise.
