Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom - How to Reach Zora River Cave Chest

Players who want to open Echoes of Wisdom's Zora River cave chest should set their sights on burning the wooden platform that is beneath it. This burning can be done with the help of an Ignizol, an Echo that many players will have collected from a cave just east of Suthorn Village. While it is expected that most readers will already have access to this white Zol, the location of the aforementioned cave has been marked on the following map for the sake of completeness.

The goal is now to put the flame on top of the Ignizol into contact with the wooden plank underneath the Zora River cave chest. There are several ways to approach this endeavor, and here are three options that Echoes of Wisdom players can pursue:

Use Tri

  1. Create an Ignizol beneath the chest.
  2. Target the Ignizol with ZL, and move to the ladder on the right.
  3. Press X to grab the Ignizol with Tri.
  4. Climb the ladder to put the Ignizol into contact with the wood beneath the chest. Jump if the Ignizol needs some additional height.

Use a Boulder and Table

  1. Create a Boulder beneath the chest.
  2. Create a Table next to the Boulder.
  3. Stand on the Table, and create an Ignizol on top of the Boulder.
  4. Get onto the Boulder with the Ignizol.
  5. Press "A" to grab the Ignizol, and put its flame into contact with the wood beneath the chest.

Use a Trampoline

  1. Create a Trampoline beneath the chest.
  2. Create an Ignizol on top of the Trampoline.
  3. Get onto the Trampoline with the Ignizol.
  4. Repeatedly press "A" to grab the Ignizol between bounces.
  5. Bounce while holding the Ignizol to put it into contact with the wood beneath the chest.
