You can't whip up meals in Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom like you could in Breath of the Wild/Tears of the Kingdom. Instead, you have smoothies: refreshing drinks that restore your health and sometimes give you temporary buffs. In Echoes of Wisdom, you can accept the "Recipes, Please!" Side quest, which requires you to create a total of 30 recipes.

How to Unlock

In Hyrule, you'll find Smoothie Shops run by Business Scrubs. Speak to one, and you can give the Business Scrub ingredients to combine into a smoothie. You'll need two ingredients and 10 Rupees to make one smoothie. There are a handful of Smoothie Shops in Echoes of Wisdom, and they can be found at the following:

If you go to the Business Scrub near Crossflow Plaza, you'll need to complete a side quest before he formally opens up shop.

After making your first smoothie, you'll be given the "Recipes, Please!" Side quest. This side quest is split into two parts. For part 1, you'll need to craft 10 different smoothie recipes; part 2 requires 20 more, totaling to 30 smoothies. You'll get a reward after you've crafted 10, but the quest won't be marked complete until you've done all 30. Also, keep in mind that each recipe has to be new. You can't just craft 10 of the same smoothie; only 1 of those 10 will count.

Recipes can be viewed by tapping the Y-button in the smoothie-making menu at the shop.

Easiest Smoothie Recipes to Make

You'll always need two ingredients to make smoothies. You can combine two of the same ingredients, or you can mix and match. To complete "Recipes, Please!", you're going to need a variety of ingredients. Most ingredients can be gathered around Hyrule or by completing side quests. You may even find some from chests in caves. When you're choosing ingredients, you'll see a preview of the smoothie you'll make. If it's grayed out with a question mark, then it hasn't been added to your recipe list.

Survey Scope and Survey Binoculars

After the first 10, you'll receive a Survey Scope. This is an accessory that will increase the chances of getting ingredients from destroying objects or defeating monsters. When you complete 20 recipes/part 2, you'll receive the Survey Binoculars, which will replace the scope in your Equipment.
