The Faron Wetlands is in the southwest corner of Hyrule in Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom. If you take time exploring the area before returning to Hyrule Castle, it's likely you've found it. However, until you have the "Lands of the Goddesses" story quest, there's not much for you to do. After saving Hyrule Castle Town, you'll need to report to the Faron region to start the "A Rift in the Faron Wetlands" main quest. Echoes of Wisdom lets you choose when to start "A Rift in the Faron Wetlands," so you can complete it whenever you wish.

Searching for Everyone is your first major quest in Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, so here's how to complete it.
"A Rift in the Faron Wetlands" Walkthrough in Echoes of Wisdom
How to Complete
When you first arrive in Faron Wetlands after starting "Lands of the Goddesses" main quest, you'll need to go east until you find Scrubton. There's a large door at the north of the village that leads to the giant rift. Unfortunately, you won't be able to pass until you have a Membership Card.
If you head southeast from Scubton, you'll find a group of Deku Scrubs near a smaller rift. The Deku Scrub with the rafflesia has a Membership Card, but you'll need to clear up the rift before you can get it. Do this, and you'll be thrown into the Scrubton jail by the other Deku Scrubs.
During this part of the story quest, you'll need to be stealthy and retrieve the Tri Rod to get all of your equipment back. There's a well in the Scrubton jail that takes you outside, where you'll find the rafflesia Deku Scrub, who gives you the Membership Card as thanks.
Return to the giant door to enter the Sweet Spot, where the rift awaits. Like previous regions with giant rifts, you'll need to clear the Stilled World and defeat the boss to restore things to normal. Doing this will mark "A Rift in the Faron Wetlands" as complete in your Adventure Log, and you'll receive Farore's Sanction.
Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom - Lanayru Temple Walkthrough
In Lanayru Temple, Echoes of Wisdom players must deal with a dungeon-spanning Heat and Freeze mechanic that can be tricky to complete correctly.
Things to Do During "A Rift in the Faron Wetlands"
Recommended Echoes
Before you start mending the rifts - especially the one near the rafflesia Deku Scrub - you should start learning some Echoes in the wetlands. Most monsters in the Faron Wetlands specialize in electricity, giving Zelda a nasty shock if they come in contact with her.
- You'll want to learn the Drippitune Echo, since you'll need it to access the Faron Temple in the Stilled Faron Wetlands. These are scattered around Faron Wetlands, and you'll know there's one nearby if it randomly starts raining.
- Another Echo you may consider is the Electric Wizzrobe. This can be found northwest of the waypoint near the rafflesia Deku Scrub, near the Faron Ruins.
- You should also enter the cave north of the Heart Lake (southwest Faron Wetlands) to pick up the Lizalfos Lv. 3 Echo. Unlike regular Lizalfos, the Lizalfos Lv. 3 can swim and fight underwater. You'll need 5 triangles of Tri's power to summon it.
- Finally, enter the cave to the far east from Scurbton's Smoothie Shop to find the Darknut Lv. 3 Echo. It's one of the best Echoes in-game and will serve you well in the Faron Temple and its boss.
You should explore Faron Wetlands to pick up Heart Pieces and Might Crystals. Some of the caves have a Heart Piece, and Might Crystals are hidden in the large grass or behind spider webs that you can burn with an Ignizol or other fire Echo. It's not a bad idea to upgrade your Swordfighter Mode's bow, energy, or sword. If you have them, you can upgrade your bombs to level 2 to unlock the Bombchus.
If you're having trouble finding Might Crystals, you should consider getting the Might Bell from "The Great Fairy's Request" at Lake Hylia.
You can also leave the Faron Wetlands to pick up Echoes on Holy Mount Lanayru or Eldin Volcano. Both regions have monsters that use ice and fire power respectively, the former of which is ideal for the Stilled Faron Wetlands. There are several rooms in the Faron Temple that will require you to light torches, so you should consider getting the Fire Keese Echo or the Fire Wizzrobe.
