The Xbox Store just launched a new sale that offers up to 75% off on some of the biggest games on the Xbox One. Although there are no full-fledged Xbox Series X/S games offered in the promotion, players on new consoles can still take advantage of these deals given that Xbox One games are backward compatible with the Xbox Series X/S.
Headlining the Xbox Store's Golden Week Sale is CD Projekt Red's latest title, Cyberpunk 2077, which is available right now for $47.99 or 20% off its original price of $59.99. Although it is no secret that Cyberpunk 2077 had a troubled launch, CD Projekt Red has since released updates on the game, fixing some of the bugs and glitches identified at launch, improving the overall performance of the game.
Just two days ago, CD Projekt Red released Hotfix 1.22 that addressed several issues that update 1.2 could not fix. Among the issues addressed include bugs prevalent in quests such as Gig: Until Death Do Us Part, Epistrophy, Down on the Street, New Dawn Fades, and Riders on the Storm. Additionally, the latest fix also addressed performance issues such as GPU and ESRAM improvements, problems causing clothes on NPCs to clip into other models, and subtitles that are misaligned when in Arabic.

Next up is Ori: The Collection, which is available for the Xbox One for 50% off or $17.49. It is worth noting that this collection includes Ori and the Blind: Forest Definitive Edition and its sequel, Ori and the Will of the Wisps, which was just released last year. Shortly after their respective releases, both Ori games received universal acclaim thanks to their gorgeous visuals, challenging combat, exploration opportunities, and promising gameplay. Additionally, Ori and the Will of the Wisps just received an Xbox Series X optimization update last November that introduced several improvements: reduced load times, better resolution, and instant input response.

Yakuza fans would be happy to know that the Xbox Store's Golden Week Sale offers The Yakuza Remastered Collection for 25% off, reducing its price of $39.99 to $29.99. This special bundle includes the remastered versions of Yakuza 3, Yakuza 4, and Yakuza 5, making it a must-buy for players who are yet to discover the Yakuza franchise or veteran fans want to relive all three games. Several hours ago, Yakuza publisher Sega released new footage of Judgment, Yakuza's spin-off series that takes the traditional formula of the franchise combined with some detective gameplay.

Several days ago, Square Enix released an updated version of Nier Replicant for the PC and last-gen consoles. First released in 2017, Nier Automata shares the post-apocalyptic setting of Nier, but its events take place thousands of years after the first game's fourth ending. Set in the year 11945 AD, Nier Automata revolves around a proxy war between human-made androids and a machine army that threatens to invade the world.
