Sharma notes "great games, the return of Xbox, and the future of play" as the three pillars of the company's future. Matt Booty, who Sharma named as Chief Content Officer of Xbox, voiced enthusiastic support for the new CEO. Booty acknowledged a need for the organization to continue navigating various challenges but made it clear that "there are no organizational changes underway for [Xbox] studios," at least for now.
