House Flipper is exactly as its name implies - it's a game about fixing up houses and then flipping them for a profit. House Flipper earned mixed reviews from critics when it first launched in 2020, but the user scores paint a different story, with the game having a respectable 4.1 rating in the Xbox marketplace based on 466 reviews.
Barring any other surprises, House Flipper will be the last new Xbox Game Pass game for June 2022 before Microsoft turns its attention to the July 2022 free game offerings. Microsoft has yet to reveal all the new games coming to Xbox Game Pass in July 2022 at the time of this writing, but fans can expect more information to come sooner rather than later.

Kicking off the Xbox Game Pass July 2022 offerings is Ubisoft's Far Cry 5, set to be available beginning Friday, July 1. It will be joined by five day one Xbox Game Pass games that are all scheduled to join the lineup later in the month. Last Call BBS will launch for PC Game Pass in early access beginning July 5, while Matchpoint Tennis Championships is coming on July 7. Escape Academy will release on July 14, and As Dusk Falls is launching July 19. And finally, Sam Barlow's Immortality is scheduled to release for Xbox Game Pass on July 26.
