Xbox Game Pass subscribers lose access to games on the 15th of every month, but in February, they only have to say goodbye to one title. The vast majority of the time, Microsoft makes sure that there are more games added to Xbox Game Pass than there are games leaving the service. That's certainly the case when it comes to the Xbox Game Pass updates on deck for February 2026.
February 2026 has proven to be an especially busy month for Xbox Game Pass subscribers, with the award-winning Indika dropping at the start of the month, followed shortly by Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, Madden NFL 26, and Paw Patrol Rescue Wheels: Championship. Even more Xbox Game Pass games are on the way in the near future, but in the meantime, subscribers may also want to make note of the singular game leaving on February 15, just in case they want to get some sessions in before it makes its departure from the library.

List of Xbox Game Pass Games Leaving February 15
- Madden NFL 24
Typically, there are multiple games that leave Xbox Game Pass on the 15th of every month, but in February 2026, the only game being removed is Madden NFL 24. Madden NFL 24 is the 2023 iteration of EA's long-running football game franchise. It earned mixed reviews at the time of its release, but it's still a meaty experience for football fans to dive into. The reason Madden NFL 24 is leaving the Xbox Game Pass lineup is because the game is being axed from the EA Play lineup, which is one of the perks of being an Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscriber. While the addition of Madden NFL 26 should make Madden NFL 24's departure sting a lot less, it's still a bummer whenever any game is removed from Game Pass.
On the bright side, there are plenty of new games on deck for Xbox Game Pass in the near future. Relooted will be making its debut on February 10, while February 12 will see BlazBlue: Entropy Effect X, Roadside Research, and Starsand Island all added to Game Pass. February 13 will be a busy day for Xbox Game Pass as well, with High on Life 2 and Kingdom Come: Deliverance both being added to the service. Kingdom Come: Deliverance is a hardcore medieval RPG that is somewhat divisive but has a large following of dedicated fans, while High on Life 2 is one of the first big day one Game Pass games of 2026. A sci-fi first-person shooter with a big emphasis on over-the-top comedy, High on Life 2 should be a solid time if it's as good as its predecessor.

Finally, we know that Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is coming to Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass on February 17. Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora was developed by Massive Entertainment and didn't exactly light the world on fire at the time of its original release, but has been enjoying a comeback in the wake of the Avatar: Fire and Ash movie blowing up the box office. Being able to play through the entire game without paying anything beyond what one already pays for Game Pass is fantastic, and should go a long way in making sure a lot more people give it a go.
There will be even more Game Pass games added in the second half of February, but there will also be more titles removed from the service as well. Details have yet to be announced, but Xbox Game Pass subscribers can expect more games to leave on Saturday, February 28. Here's hoping there aren't too many games leaving, but fans shouldn't hold their breath for just one title being removed like is the case with February 15.
