Wytchwood is a crafting indie game with a lot of beauty, heart, and spirit. This short little game has several chapters, each chapter pitting the witchy main character against an evil soul. In the Leech chapter of Wytchwood, players will have to do battle against a Doctor called the Leech, and they will need to answer some questions in order to win.
The Leech Chapter in Wytchwood
The Leech is one of the first set of four souls that players will have to collect to complete their contract with the goat. The Leech chapter takes place in the Swamp, which is located to the north of the Forest. The Swamp is a mucky place filled with dangerous creatures like Skeeters, Poison Newts which supply Wytchwood players with Eyes of Newt, a Drake, and a giant troll. However, the most dangerous thing in the Swamp is probably the Leech herself, a self-proclaimed doctor that seems to be doing more harm to her patients than good.
The Leech's Questions
After learning of the Leech and probably unlocking the Wytchwood fast-travel point on the way, players will head to the sick house in search of the old lady's husband. He went to the sick house a while ago for some aches and pains and hasn't returned. But before the witch can look for the man, she needs to know what he looks like. The Leech will ask three questions, all of which can be answered by chatting with the patients that are scattered all over the floor in the sick house.
Then have a chat with the Leech; she will ask three questions just like Wytchwood' s Serpent that asks players three questions. In order to identify the husband, the Leech will want to know the missing husband's height first. The answer to this question is "Shorter than most." If players have asked around the hospital, they will know the answer.
The next question will be about the man's skin color. He was "Darker than most."
The last question is about how much facial hair he has. The answer is that the man "Wore a Full Beard."
This final question will get the Leech to remember the location of the missing husband, and the witch will have to head deeper into the Swamp for more answers. This will help them in their quest to catch the Leech's soul and help to complete their 10-hour playthrough of Wytchwood.
