WWE 2K25 has finally been revealed by developer 2K Interactive, and it is shaping up to be one of the series' biggest, most ambitious entries to date. With a roster of 300 superstars, new match types like Bloodline Rules and the Underground Match, and an all-new mode called The Island, WWE 2K25 hopes to dominate the ring when it releases in March.
As is usually the case with the WWE 2K series, three different editions of WWE 2K25 will be available at launch. Players can choose from the Standard Edition, featuring Roman Reigns on the cover; The Deadman Edition, which will be Undertaker-themed; and The Bloodline Edition, which will center on Roman and Solo's Bloodline stable. The game's flagship mode, 2K Showcase: The Bloodline's Dynasty, will focus on the legendary Anoa'i wrestling family and some of the talent it has produced, from Roman Reigns to the likes of The Rock and Yokozuna.

WWE 2K25's Different Editions
WWE 2K25 Standard Edition
The Standard Edition of WWE 2K25 will be available for $69.99 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on March 14, and it features Original Tribal Chief Roman Reigns as its cover star. Players who pre-order it will receive the Wyatt Sicks Pack, a bonus pack of content including five extra playable Superstars:
- Uncle Howdy
- Dexter Lumis
- Nikki Cross
- Joe Gacy
- Erick Rowan.
PS5 and Xbox Series X|S owners will also get Uncle Howdy and Nikki Cross mask cosmetic items for The Island- WWE 2K25's brand-new game mode. Fans who pre-order any digital version of the game will also receive a digital copy of the WWE 2K24 Cross-Gen base game.
WWE 2K25 Deadman Edition
The Deadman Edition will be available for $99.99 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. It features legendary WWE wrestler The Undertaker as its cover star. It includes the standard edition and Wyatt Sicks Pack, as well as the 'Deadman Edition Bonus Pack' which includes the following:
- Mattel Elite ''Greatest Hits'' Undertaker and ''Original Undertaker (‘90)'' Persona Cards and playable Superstars
- A useable Urn object
- An Undertaker ‘95 Mask cosmetic item for The Island on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S only
- Brother Love Manager
This version also includes WWE 2K25's Season Pass, granting players access to all five post-launch DLC character packs and 15,000 VC. The Deadman Edition will also offer early access for players. It will be available from March 7, 2025, seven days ahead of Standard Edition.
WWE 2K25 Bloodline Edition
Finally, the Bloodline Edition will be available for $129.99 for PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One, featuring Roman Reigns and the Bloodline faction as its cover stars. As well as all bonus content included in the Deadman Edition, The Bloodline Edition includes
- The Ringside Pass (Season Pass plus Superstar Mega-Boost),
- The Rock Nation of Domination Pack, which features a Rock Nation of Domination Persona card and playable Superstar
- The Bloodline Edition Bonus Pack features Mattel Elite Series 114 Jey Uso and Mattel Elite “Greatest Hits” Roman Reigns Persona cards and playable Superstars.
- For Xbox Series X|S and PS5 owners only, this pack includes various Bloodline cosmetic items that can be used in The Island mode. These include a Family Above All Hoodie, OTC Shirt, Yeet tank Top, and Yeet Sunglasses. Steam players will also get an additional 32,500 VC.
Also included in the Bloodline Edition is the WrestleMania 41 Pack, which features the WrestleMania 41 Arena, two WrestleMania 41 Main Event Superstars Persona cards and playable Superstars, and a new Superstar Persona Card. All of this will be available in Summer 2025. Like the Deadman Edition, the Bloodline Edition will also offer early access, seven days ahead of the Standard Edition.
WWE 2K25 launches for PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on March 14. Fans who purchase the Deadman or Bloodline Editions will be able to play from March 7.
WWE video games have always been popular, as the over-the-top action of pro wrestling makes for great gaming fun, especially with friends.
2K Sports began publishing WWE games in 2013 and have taken the series down a more serious, simulation-style route. The franchise looked to be dead and buried after the disastrous WWE 2K20, though it seems to have found its feet again.
