WWE 2K24 has just updated The Rock's character model. With WWE 2K24's 1.05 update, the development team addressed a huge list of bugs which have been reported as game-breaking. From game stability concerns to features in other modes not working correctly, a lot of what was listed had mostly been game quality problems. However, it seems that Visual Concepts and 2K also took the time to make some of the visuals better, with The Great One's model being made more accurate.
WWE 2K24 had a stellar launch in March 2024, receiving praise for building on the formula from WWE 2K23 and WWE 2K22. WWE 2K22' s system was built from the ground up and even the facial scans and models from games that came from years before were scrapped in favor of new technology utilized by the developers. There's a possibility that the developers may have wanted to fix these secretly on their own time without adding any pressure, as many models in-game look different from what they did in real life.
