How To Use Paybacks in WWE 2K24

In WWE 2K24, every superstar has the ability to get two Paybacks at once. These can be equipped and changed through the Creation Suite by simply editing the superstar.

To successfully perform a Payback, you need to position the opponent correctly and have a Finisher stock available. The controls vary by console:

Xbox: hold down RT and press Y
PlayStation: hold R2 and press Triangle
PC: hold down the Space button and press I

Payback Title	Description	Action Requirements
Blackout	Black out the lights and move behind your opponent to gain an advantage. This move is only valid in 1 vs. 1 matches.	Both superstars need to be inside the ring.
Comeback	Perform a comeback sequence and inflict persistent damage for a short period.	Moveset trigger scenarios
Fireball	Shoot a fireball at your opponent's face. (This move can get you disqualified.)	Stand in front of the opponent
Freeze	Temporarily shock or intimidate your opponent and lure them in for a cheap shot.	Stand inside the ring
Iron Jaw	Recover from Stunned State	Stunned State
Low Blow	Slow your opponent down with a Low Blow. (This move can get you disqualified.)	Kneel in front of a standing opponent.
Move Thief	Steal an opponent’s Finisher move.	Triggered once the opponent is in their Finisher's position.
Paparazzi	Distract the opponent with a mob of photographers.	Unlocked in MyRISE

Rage	Instantly earn a Finisher upon activation.	Stand inside the ring
