Phrolova Best Echo In Wuthering Waves

When dealing DMG, Phrolova’s summons deals Echo Skill DMG, which makes Dream of the Lost the perfect Echo set for her. The set grants Phrolova 20% Crit Rate and 35% Echo Skill DMG. The Crit Rate addition will make building her main stats with more Crit DMG easier, while the Echo Skill DMG boost will almost buff her entire attacks. Additionally, the Dream of the Lost is different from other sets because it only offers a 3-piece option. That means Phrolova can put an additional 2-piece set to complete her build. Build Phrolova with the 2-piece Havoc Eclipse, Frosty Resolve, or Midnight Veil sets as they provide either 10% Havoc DMG or 12% Resonance Skill DMG, which are all viable for her kit.

The most effective way to build Phrolova’s stats in WuWa is to use Crit DMG on Cost 4, Havoc DMG on Cost 3, and ATK% on Cost 1 Echoes. Crit DMG on Cost 4 should be a comfortable gamble as Phrolova gets a lot of Crit Rate from her Talents, the Dream of the Lost set, and Signature weapon. As for Havoc DMG and ATK%, she’s a Havoc DPS who scales with ATK when dealing DMG. It’s always going to be like this when building strong DPS characters like Phrolova in Wuthering Waves.

Phrolova Best Weapons In Wuthering Waves

When it comes to the best weapons for Phrolova in WuWa, no Rectifier comes close to how good Lethean Elegy is on Phrolova. Her Signature weapon grants her a whopping 32% extra DMG on her Echo and Resonance Skills. It’s a big buff considering she deals most of her DPS through those two attacks. Phrolova also gets to ignore a small amount of enemies’ DEF when dealing her Havoc DMG.

As for alternative weapons for Phrolova, go for Stringmaster. It’s a 5-star Rectifier that keeps increasing Phrolova’s ATK% while she’s going through her natural rotation. Not to mention, the 36% extra Crit Rate gives even more reasons to stack as much Crit DMG as possible on Phrolova’s build in Wuthering Waves.

Whispers of Sirens is another good 5-star alternative weapon because of its Crit DMG Sub-stat. She can easily reach the 5-star weapon’s requirement since she deals a lot of Echo Skill DMG. While most of Whispers of Sirens’ passive effect isn’t important because it grants Phrolova extra Basic ATK DMG, it still allows her to ignore 12% of enemies’ Havoc RES when dealing DMG.

As for 4-star weapons, go for either Augment or Variation. Augment increases Phrolova’s ATK when she casts her Resonance Liberation, while Variation improves her rotations by helping her fill her Concerto Energy faster.
