Cartethyia Best Echo In Wuthering Waves

When building Cartethyia, she needs an Echo set that raises her offensive stats, such as the Windward Pilgrimage set in Wuthering Waves. The set increases her Crit Rate and Aero DMG when she hits a target with Aero Erosion. It’s a perfect Echo set for her gameplay since she can deal a lot of DMG if her team can constantly apply Aero Erosion on enemies. Having Reminiscence: Fleurdelys as a Main Echo is also perfect for her build, as it further provides Cartethyia with 20% Aero DMG, an exclusive effect for her and Aero Rover.

There are two ways to build Cartethyia’s Echoes’ stats in Wuthering Waves. You can build her with the classic one Cost-4 on Crit DMG, two Cost-3 on Aero DMG, and two Cost-1 on HP%. This formation will provide Cartethyia with balanced stats across Crit DMG, Aero DMG, and HP%. You can also build Cartethyia with two Cost-4 on Crit DMG and three Cost-1 on HP%. This formation will replace the Aero DMG bonus with more Crit DMG and HP%. Both formations work on Cartethyia since she heavily relies on HP; however, it’s always better to stick with the classic.

Cartethyia Best Weapons In Wuthering Waves

The best weapon for Cartethyia in Wuthering Waves is her signature weapon, Defier's Thorn. The 5-star Sword grants her an insane amount of HP with the ability to ignore a portion of enemies’ DEF. Not only that, just like her entire kit and build, Defier's Thorn grants Cartethyia extra Aero DMG if enemies have a stack of Aero Erosion on them, which is what they will always have.

Other than her signature weapon, Cartethyia doesn’t work with any other weapon in Wuthering Waves, especially 4-star weapons. For that, it’s good to build her with stat sticks that give her any kind of Crit value in her build. Swords like Red Spring, Emerald of Genesis, and Unflickering Valor fulfill that role with some minor extra stats from their passives. There’s nothing to make them better than the other, so if you don’t want to go for Defier's Thorn, it’s recommended to have one of these weapons, at least.

Finally, for F2P players, building Cartethyia with the 3-star weapon, Guardian Sword, is sufficient for her DPS. It’s not ideal, but the extra HP% from the weapon’s sub-stat puts it above any other 4-star weapon in Wuthering Waves.
