Roccia is a Sub-DPS character who deals Havoc DMG in Wuthering Waves. She relies on Plunge attacks to build her Concerto Energy, which she can fill effortlessly. Not to mention, her Outro Skill grants the next character 20% Havoc DMG and 25% Basic ATK DMG.

A fast rotation with a big Havoc buff makes Roccia one of the best Sub-DPS units in Wuthering Waves. Of course, no character can be good or complete without a proper build. For that, this is the best way to build Roccia in Wuthering Waves.

Roccia Best Echo In Wuthering Waves

best roccia echoes in wuthering waves

Building Roccia is easy in Wuthering Waves. As a unit that buffs other units with her Outro Skill, it’s important to build Roccia with an Echo set that further improves that ability. For that, Midnight Veil is a viable option since it increases her Havoc DMG by 10% while giving her a huge strike when she leaves the field on top of further buffing the next character’s Havoc DMG by 15%. This allows Roccia to form a great pair with characters like Camellya and Havoc Rover. You can also build Roccia with the Moonlit Clouds Echo set to grant the next character around 22% ATK buff. It’s always a safe option for Sub-DPS units like Roccia.

As for the Main Echo, build Roccia with Nightmare: Impermanence Heron if you choose Midnight Veil, and go for the standard Impermanence Heron if you build her with Moonlit Clouds. Nightmare: Impermanence Heron purely buffs her own DMG while Impermanence Heron helps her to further amplify the next character’s DMG by 12%.

That’s not all, it’s also important to build Roccia with at least 70% Crit Rate to take full advantage of her Resonance Liberation that buffs the entire team’s ATK by 200. For that, her Cost 4 Echo (the Impermanence Heron) should have a Crit Rate main stat.

Roccia Best Weapons In Wuthering Waves

For the best Roccia weapon, there’s no doubt that her best-in-slot is her signature weapon, Tragicomedy. The Gauntlet gives a 24% Crit Rate increase on top of a passive that boosts her ATK% and Heavy ATK DMG. Roccia can definitely take full advantage of Tragicomedy since most of her attacks are considered Heavy ATK DMG.

While the rest of the weapons are not that good on Roccia, you can always target Gauntlets with Crit Rate Sub-stat to fulfill this requirement for her. Verity's Handle is a good 5-star weapon that will grant her the Crit Rate she needs, but nothing notable from its passive.

As for 4-star weapons, go for Stonard or Marcato as an F2P choice. Stonard for its Crit Rate Sub, while Marcato is a decent choice as it speeds up her rotation because of its passive that grants her some Concerto Energy.
