There are 48 Bamboo Iris to collect in Septimont, which are scattered along the road that leads from Titanbone Expanse to Capitoline Hill. The purple ascension material can be hard to spot, since plants of matching colors usually surround it, so make sure to pay extra attention during your farming journey.

Bamboo Iris Location #1-4

Fast travel to Titanbone Expanse northwest Resonance Beacon, and do the following to locate the first four Bamboo Iris in Wuthering Waves:

Collect the first ascension material next to the Beacon.
Move south under the two mountains.
Descend the northeastern stairs.
Grab another purple flower.
Head northeast to grab the next.
Move south or use the flying ability to collect the fourth Bamboo Iris.

Bamboo Iris Location #5-28

The next 24 Bamboo Iris are scattered around Titanbone Expanse Resonance Nexus. To collect them efficiently, instead of running around in circles, try to do the following:

Teleport to Titanbone Expanse Resonance Nexus.
Move southwest.
Collect the three Wuthering Waves flowers scattered along the route (5-7).
Turn northeast and climb the mountain to fetch another three Bamboo Iris (8-10).
Head south to fetch two more (11-12).
Go east to locate three Bamboo Iris (13-15).
Move down the southern route.
Collect four of the Ascension materials (16-19).
Take the western road.
Pluck two more flowers (20-21).
Head southeast and grab another six (22-27).
Move north to collect one more Bamboo Iris in Wuthering Waves (28).

From the previous location in Wuthering Waves, move east and descend the route that leads to Titanbone Expanse's southern Resonance Beacon to collect three Bamboo Iris, then use the flying ability to reach the top of the mountain and fetch three more purple flowers.

Bamboo Iris Location #35-48

Afterward, climb the mountain to the top, then collect the remaining 13 Bamboo Iris, which are scattered along the road that leads straight to Capitoline Hill.
