Every new expansion introduces new World of Warcraft mounts, many of which we find out about long before the expansion launches thanks to datamining. One mount that flew under the radar of many until launch is the Soaring Meaderbee, a "secret" The War Within mount that can be acquired in the Isle of Dorn.

But getting the Soaring Meaderbee isn't a simple matter of killing a Rare Elite and hoping that it dropped. Instead, to get the Soaring Meaderbee, players will have to spend a few hours farming a unique new currency: Sizzling Cinderpollen.

How To Get Soaring Meaderbee

The Soaring Meaderbee can be purchased from Cendvin, an Earthen vendor standing near the entrance to the Cinderbrew Meadery dungeon. To find the Soaring Meaderbee Vendor location, head to the Cinderbrew Meadery in the eastern Isle of Dorn and look toward the south-western area just outside the dungeon entrance.

The Soaring Meaderbee can only be purchased using a unique currency: Sizzling Cinderpollen. This can be harvested from the elite Cinderbees to the northwest of the Cinderbrew Meadery, but you will need a whopping 900 Sizzling Cinderpollen to get the Soaring Meaderbee.

For a full group with an efficient Tank and Healer, this can take around two to three hours to gather 900 Sizzling Cinderpollen. Though these Elites can be defeated one-by-one if you are careful, a well-balanced group is necessary to farm Sizzling Cinderpollen efficiently.

Get some people from your guild in Discord, or put on a Podcast, for a few hours' worth of farming Cinderbees. Once you have gathered enough Cinderpollen, head back to Cendvin to purchase this awesome new WoW Bee mount!

Soaring Meaderbee Farm Tips

Form a group with a Tank, Healer, and 3 DPS. You will need support and an effective Tank to pull more than a handful of Cinderbees at once.
When forming a group, prioritize AoE specialist DPS players over typically single-target specs. Your goal is to pull a lot and mow them down all at once, so single-target DPS isn't as useful.
If you want to go for the Soaring Meaderbee mount alone, be careful not to pull more than one or two elite Cinderbees at once. They can quickly overwhelm a solo player.
- This method will take significantly longer, but you won't have to deal with random people if you don't have Guildmates to farm with.
Keep moving for maximum efficiency. Before your current target dies you should already be pulling the next pack, unless your Tank is waiting on a cooldown or your Healer needs resources.
