Blizzard has announced that the beta for The War Within is going to start on June 5, 2024. Players who have access to the beta will be allowed to hop on and start exploring the world at this point. Those who have signed up for the beta will need to check their emails before then to see if they have been selected for access to the beta. If access has been given, they can select the beta option from the game version menu in their Blizzard Client. However, as of now, Blizzard hasn't announced the exact time that the beta will be open for access. Since they usually do updates around 7 AM PDT, it is possible that they could release the beta then, though that is not confirmed at all.

Even if players aren't chosen to access the beta, to begin with, Blizzard announced that they would continuously add new players, so make sure to check emails often.

What Is The War Within Beta?

The War Within beta is how players can gain access to the expansion before it is released to the public. In order to do so, players can sign up on Blizzard's website. However, signing up does not guarantee that players will be invited to join the beta. Instead, anyone who purchased the Epic Edition of the game will automatically be invited. Everyone else will need to sign up and hope that they are selected. If they are, they will receive an email with instructions on joining the beta.

It seems that players will be able to have access to almost everything that the expansion will have to offer. However, the website does mention that raid testing will take place at a later date. This means that players with access to the beta will probably get to test raids, but that will come at a later time. For now, players can focus on all the other amazing features offered in this beta access and expansion.
