World of Warcraft Remix: Mist of Pandaria brings players back to the panda-filled adventures of the 2012 expansion with tons of new features and quirks, providing a new way to enjoy the content and get plenty of rewards. To get these rewards, players will need Bronze, a new currency for the limited-time mode, and a lot of it if they want to get the most out of the event.

To ensure players know what Bronze is and how to get and spend it, we've put together this guild with details on the event's new currency, so players can dive in and use it as soon as possible.

What is Bronze in WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria?

WoW-MOP-Remix-Bronze

Bronze is a special currency in WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria players will earn during their adventures, which they can then use to purchase many of the mode's rewards, such as mounts, armor and weapon recolors, pets, toys, and more.

It can also be used to upgrade Remix gear and purchase Remix exclusive consumables, making it a vital part of the limited-time event and how players will earn its goodies.

How To Get Bronze in WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria

WoW-MOP-Remix-Bronze-Drop

Given the importance of Bronze in WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria, it makes sense that getting this currency is pretty straightforward. Players will be able to earn Bronze from nearly everything they do during WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria, including but not limited to:

  • Looting mobs
  • Opening Treasure Chests
  • Completing dungeons, scenarios, and raids.
  • Completing quests
  • Opening Bronze Caches
  • Flying into Bronze Orbs found around the world

As players collect more Bronze, bigger and more lucrative rewards will be available to purchase. Along with the rewards mentioned before, players can get items and rewards that were previously very hard to get or weren't even in the game the first time around, such as weapon recolors and different versions of mounts.

Players can spend their Bronze in certain areas in Pandaria at Time running NPCs, which are listed below.

  • Dawn's Blossom Inn - Jade Forest
  • Halfhill - Vale of Four Winds
  • One Keg - Kun-Li Summit
  • Niuzao Temple - Townlong Steppes
  • Shrine of the Seven Stars and Shrine of the Two Moons - Vale of Eternal Blossoms

Players will have 36 levels to go through for upgrading, with a soft cap of 21 at level 70. To progress further, players must have all their gear at that upgrade level before progressing. For example, if all players' gear is upgraded to 25, they can then upgrade to 26, but not before then.

The rewards are a much simpler affair. Find the NPCs and purchase, done and dusted. As a bonus, any rewards players purchase will be added to their collections for their Remix and Retail characters, so they can use them no matter what character they choose.

These, along with the character, will then move to the normal realms at the event's end and can be used in the next expansion, The War Within, albeit without the Remix-specific features, including Bronze, so spend it where possible before it ends.
