A brand new batch of weekly Xbox Game Pass quests are now available, and one of them can be completed in a game called Worms W.M.D. Specifically, the quest instructs players to craft one weapon, though the way that this is done may not be immediately obvious. Fortunately, it is very easy to craft a weapon in Worms W.M.D., and this guide will help fans complete the challenge and claim their rewards in a matter of minutes.

Worms W.M.D.: How to Craft 1 Weapon

While there are numerous approaches to crafting weapons in Worms W.M.D., it is recommended that players that want to finish the associated Xbox Game Pass quest quickly select “Single Player” from the main menu. Fans are then advised to hit RB until they have the “Bonus” tab selected and choose the “Countdown to Armageddon” campaign from the resulting list. Players should now wait for the campaign to load, and they will be able to begin the crafting process as soon as they take control of their worm.

The first step in that process is to press B in order to open the Weapons and Crafting menu. When that menu appears, players should press RB to select the Crafting tab and highlight the Baseball Bat that is located in the second column of the third row. Xbox Game Pass fans should now press A to select the Baseball Bat, press down until they have highlighted “Dismantle,” and press A again to begin extracting components from the item.

To confirm that the dismantling is in progress, players should look to the bottom of the Weapons menu, where they will see a gray Baseball Bat with a spinning gear above it. The disappearance of that icon indicates that the dismantling has finished, and it should not take very long to reach that point. When the icon ultimately does go away, Worms W.M.D. Fans should return to the Crafting tab and highlight the Worm Stinger from the fourth column of the first row.

Fans of turn-based tactics video games should now press A to select the Worm Stinger and then press A again to craft it. As is the case with dismantling, crafting that is in-progress is visualized at the bottom of the Weapons menu. Indeed, another icon with a spinning gear should now be shown in that position, and players will have crafted a weapon, completed the weekly Xbox Game Pass quest, and earned the associated rewards as soon as it disappears.

Worms W.M.D. Is available on PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
