World of Warcraft just revealed a new bundle celebrating the franchise’s 30th anniversary featuring mounts inspired by the four factions of Warcraft 3. Fittingly priced at $30, the Warcraft 30th Anniversary Bundle includes four mounts with versions for both Classic and modern World of Warcraft.

November 15 marks the 30th anniversary of the Warcraft franchise, with November 23 being the 20th anniversary of World of Warcraft itself. Blizzard is celebrating the multiple major milestones in a bunch of ways, including a massive event in World of Warcraft, and the first-ever Warcraft Direct presentation on November 13.

Now, World of Warcraft has unveiled yet another way players can celebrate the anniversaries. A new optional purchase has appeared on the Battle.net store called the Warcraft 30th Anniversary Mount Bundle. This pack includes brand-new Gryphon, Hippogryph, Dreadwing, and Wind Rider mounts in both their Chaos-Forged modern WoW and Chaos-Born Classic variants. These flying mounts are only available for purchase together in the bundle, which costs $30.

These new World of Warcraft mounts are direct references to the four playable factions of Warcraft 3: the Human Alliance, the Orcish Horde, the Undead Scourge, and the Night Elf Sentinels. That said, the mounts in this bundle are not locked to any World of Warcraft race or faction – an Orc can ride the Gryphon as easily as the Wind Rider, and an Undead can ride the Hippogryph or the Dreadwing.

These new mounts could be another part of a bigger Warcraft 3 puzzle. The reward for completing the Adventurer’s Log at the Trading Post in November is a set of Warcraft 3-themed back transmogs, and key art from the Warcraft Direct announcement features major WoW characters like Thrall, Tyrande, and Jaina sporting their WC3 designs. This, combined with the fact that Warcraft 3: Reforged was briefly updated to 2.0 on the internal Public Test Realm a short while ago, has led some players to suspect something big is on the horizon for the RTS. If so, Blizzard may announce something at the upcoming Warcraft Direct.

Interestingly enough, these weren’t the only new mounts added to the World of Warcraft shop recently. The Mighty Caravan Brutosaur – an infamous gold sink mount sporting a mobile Auction House NPC on it – has received a gilded upgrade in World of Warcraft with the Trader’s Gilded Brutosaur, swapping out the repair vendor for a mailbox. However, this single mount costs a whopping $90 – three times the price of the whole Warcraft 30th Anniversary Mount Bundle.
