A player in World of Warcraft has claimed the first Evoker Legendary weapon in Dragonflight. Though the process to create this powerful World of Warcraft item is complex, details about the new Legendary are now available.Previously, a World of Warcraft leak suggested an Evoker-specific Legendary Fist weapon was coming to the game soon. According to the leak, this new item had a powerful passive ability that buffs a nearby ally, and seemed to be made from the fragments of Oathbinder, the Titan relic Neltharion used to control the Dracthyr in the Dragonflight Legacies shorts.RELATED: World of Warcraft Confirms Third Evoker Specialization Now, players have confirmation that the leak was real. World of Warcraft’s race to world first for Mythic Aberrus recently ended with Team Liquid's defeat of Sarkareth. One of the final boss’ drops was a Cracked Titan Gem, an Evoker-only Legendary quest item, which was then given to Sanghelios, an Evoker on Team Liquid. The Cracked Titan Gem begins a quest to craft Nasz’uro, the Unbound Legacy. He has not finished the quest yet, but the appearance and stats of the weapon are now available.

The process of making Nasz’uro is rather lengthy, and is reminiscent of old quests to craft Legendary items like Shadowmourne and Atiesh. Players must collect hundreds of special reagents from various parts of World of Warcraft, including Dragonflight world bosses, Rares and events in Zaralek Cavern, Fyrakk Assaults, and Aberrus raid bosses. Players must use them to make special items crafted by the Blacksmithing, Engineering, and Jewelcrafting professions with recipes temporarily taught by the Cracked Titan Gem. At press time, Sanghelios has not finished the questline, so it remains to be seen if there are more steps afterward.

It seems players who successfully craft this Legendary weapon for Evokers in Dragonflight will also receive a special pet. The Mote of Nasz’uro companion pet was discovered along with the weapon itself, which will probably be an extra reward for finishing the quest. It is also possible this pet shares a model with the sphere released by the weapon’s passive ability, though players will have to wait for Sanghelios to finish it to be certain.

As of right now, the Cracked Titan Gem only drops from the Mythic difficulty of Sarkareth. However, now that it has dropped once, it is possible World of Warcraft will make it have a chance to drop on lower difficulties as well. Hopefully, players can confirm this is the case if they discover the item as they complete the new Aberrus raid in Dragonflight on all difficulties.

World of Warcraft is available now for PC.
