Recently, World of Warcraft began Phase 4 of Season of Discovery. World of Warcraft Classic Adding Exciting Paladin Feature in Season of Discovery Phase 4
A new Paladin quest in World of Warcraft Classic Season of Discovery Phase 4 includes an incredible feature that is perfect for the knightly heroes.
Now, the identity of this final boss has finally been revealed. WoW Classic guild none of the above recently defeated Ragnaros in Molten Core on Molten Heat, the third and highest difficulty level of the Season of Discovery raid. Afterward, a flaming orb rose from the lava, revealing the secret boss to be none other than The Molten Core itself. Hydraxian Firefighters arrive to aid the players in defeating The Molten Core and its whopping 4,000,000 hit points, though they must endure explosive spells by stacking fire resistance in World of Warcraft and protect their elemental allies from Primal Flame Elementals in order to succeed.

- The Molten Core (Molten Heat only)
The Molten Core boss only appears on the hardest difficulty, and its loot table seemingly includes items randomly pulled from previous bosses in the raid. This means defeating The Molten Core is not necessary to obtain any unique items, but doing so will allow fans extra chances at getting some of the best gear in World of Warcraft.
Reception to this secret World of Warcraft boss seems to be mixed. On one hand, many players thought fighting the actual Molten Core itself was a stroke of genius, and compared the orb-like enemy to Ozma, the deadly optional boss from Final Fantasy 9 and Final Fantasy 14. However, others found The Molten Core’s design and boss fight to be simplistic and uninspired, and were hoping for something more unique. Either way, both sides congratulated the team responsible for discovering and quickly defeating this new encounter.
Season of Discovery Phase 4 may have introduced the Molten Core, but there are several other iconic World of Warcraft raids that still need to be added to the game. World of Warcraft fans will have to wait and see what Season of Discovery does with Naxxramas, Blackwing Lair, and the rest of Classic’s raid instances in future updates.
