How can anyone feel hostile with all this pink stuff floating around? Rockets, hearts, candies, and all manner of fuzzy decor currently adorn every major city in World of Warcraft, and no matter what faction a player fights for, it's hard to be hostile when all this Love Is In The Air.
A special event inspired by the real-life holiday of Valentine's Day, Love Is In The Air lasts for two weeks in WoW. There's plenty of time to finish all of the Achievements and gather the unique seasonal items. One of the essentials to participate in any of the festivities is the Lovely Charm Bracelet and players are expected to make them for the objects of their affection.
The festivities in Classic WoW and retail are different in many ways, with the quests and in-game currencies being different. However, both the new and old versions of the game have the same dates, with the festivities starting on February 6th and concluding on February 20th.
The Lovely Charms
Players can't make Lovely Charm Bracelets without some essential preparations. That requires gathering the materials and having certain items present in the character's inventory.
The Lovely Charm Collector's Kit
Players can't collect Lovely Charms unless they have this item, so it's the most important to get one as early as possible. The Lovely Charm Bracelet can also be used for currency with the Lovely vendor, but only for one item, a single Love Token.
- What It is. The actual description of the item lists several creative tools that the player can use to collect lovely charms from their enemies.
- Where To Get It. The NPC that has the Lovely Charm Collector's kit is the Public Relations Agent. They can be found in each of the major cities, standing next to the Lovely Vendor. This is the same NPC that has the random daily quest for the holiday.
It's possible to misplace the Lovely Charm Collector's Kit through some sort of holiday-related mishap. Just ask the Public Relations Agent for another one if it goes missing.
The Four Daily Quests
There are actually eight of these in total, but each player can only do the four intended for their own faction leaders. Go to any major city and look for the seasonal vendor and quest givers, including Kwee Q. Peddlefeet. This is the NPC with the quest to bring one Lovely Charm Bracelet to the local leader.
These quests are available once per day. The reward for each quest is 5 Love Tokens a Lovely Card, personalized by the faction leader with either a Spirit, Stamina, Intelligence, or Agility buff.
Love Tokens are the currency used for Love Is In The Air. Players need these to buy items from the Lovely Vendor, the seasonal NPC. Many of the seasonal goods that are required for quests, Achievements, or just silly fun can be found here.

Making A Lovely Charm Bracelet
There need to be at least 10 Lovely Charms in the player's inventory to make a Lovely Charm bracelet. They stack in the character's bags and don't take up that much space for those that want to farm them.
Left-clicking on the pile of Lovely Charms in the inventory makes one Lovely Charm Bracelet. These aren't soulbound, so once the player has done all four faction leader quests, they can trade their extra necklaces with other players or sell them on the Auction House.
