How To Find The Wife's Medicine In Stellar Blade
After gaining access to the Matrix 11 area as part of the story, check the Bulletin Board in Xion to accept the "Wife's Medicine" side quest. The request comes from a desperate husband seeking to cure his wife of the Mysterious Sand Disease, which was contracted from contaminated sand in the Great Desert. Thankfully, there's a cure located deep in the Rotten Labyrinth, which is accessible far into the Marix 11 tunnels. After accepting the quest, use the following steps to get the Wife's Medicine and complete the side quest:
Returning Via The Temporary Armory Entrance
- Use a Fast Travel phone in the Wasteland to reach the Atless Levoire Entrance in the south.
- Speak to Adam to travel to the Matrix 11 entrance.
- If you've already completed this area as part of the main story, use the first Fast Travel phone inside Matrix 11 to travel to the Hideout in the Temporary Armory Entrance.
- Operate the nearby elevator and ride it up to the next level.
- Once there, it's a short journey back to the settlement and small camp area.
- The medicine can be found on a wooden display unit to the left of the yellow ladder.
- When you see the prompt, return to the Bulletin Board to complete the mission and obtain the reward.
Obtaining The Medicine in The Rotten Labyrinth
If this is your first time traveling the Matrix 11 tunnels, then it will take you a bit longer to reach the old settlement area. Aside from some items along the way, the path to the Abandoned Settlement is fairly linear. However, you'll have to flood the sewers to reach it and fight an Alpha Nayteba called The Stalker. You can kill The Stalker by countering and dodging its close-range attacks and keeping your distance when it's about to launch a red attack. Use the Shield Breaker Beta attacks and Burst attacks like Tempest with the Shield Break skill unlocked to make short work of the Stalker.
If this is your first time in the Abandoned Settlement, do not opt to return to the Bulletin Board after finding the medicine, as it's a long journey back to this point again to progress the story. There's a fast travel area nearby after riding the lift.
After the fight, follow the path into the Abandoned Settlement and take a left at the ladder to grab the medicine to complete the Wife's Medicine side quest.
