Letters are the most common collectible to find in Spray Paint Simulator. Being just a piece of paper, they can be tucked away just about anywhere in the maps of the various jobs you'll be completing in Career and Free Paint mode.
In total, there are seven letters you'll need to find to collect them all and get the achievement. Some are hidden behind secrets, but this guide will also cover those letters to help you find all seven.

Where To Find All Seven Letters In Spray Paint Simulator
These letters can be found in both Career and Free Paint modes. Unlike cash, Letters are only read and then put back, so you can always go back and see a letter again as long as you know where to find them. There is no tangible or story-related reward for reading the letters, but they do add more flavor for the people of the town and some of the stories going on in the background of your spray painting.
You don't need to finish a job to get credit for reading a letter, just make sure you interact with it and your progress for doing so is saved.
