What is Slay Ride Resurgence in Warzone?
Slay Ride Resurgence is a limited-time mode that takes place on the Urzikstan map. This mode transforms the classic Resurgence mode in Warzone 2.0 to fit the holiday vibes. The Slay Resurgence playlist features the Urzikstan train and Christmas-themed capture points throughout the map.
The main objective of the Slay Ride Resurgence mission is to hope the seasonal train and take down the Zombie Santa to earn operator skin and other rewards. However, to defeat Santa, players must complete the “Deck the Halls” challenge, which requires you to locate capture points and decorate trees at each to earn valuable loot. Decorating trees rewards players with a portal that takes them to the Zombie Santa Boss Fight.
How to Beat Zombie Santa in Warzone
To beat Zombie in Slay Ride Resurgence, head over to all six capture points on the Urzikstan map. Here, you’ll find trees with presents under them (the trees are marked on the tac map as green trees). To decorate a tree, simply stand next to it, and the longer you stand, the more progressive the tree decorates to reach Tier 3.
To find the Zombies Santa, you must decorate the tree to Tier 3 to open a portal to the Black Site. You’ll also get better rewards, like killstreaks and weapons, the longer you stand. Be cautious of enemies standing next to the tree, as they will attack. After reaching Tier 3, travel through the Black Site portal to Santa for an ambush with his horde of the undead. Equip the best weapons in Warzone with you and enough ammo to take down the boss and his operators. After defeating him, players get Santa’s mini-gun, an emblem, and other numerous rewards.
