With three career possibilities at the time of this writing, Sienna is more straightforward than her compatriots in Warhammer Vermintide 2. All her classes heavily involve casting, although she does have a choice for how to channel that casting and what range to use it at.
Many players don't care for Sienna at all, owing to the nature of how Overcharge works. Those players probably haven't invested enough time in Sienna because, with the right build, she's one of the strongest damage dealers in all of Warhammer Vermintide 2.
Career
- Battle Wizard
With respect to her other classes, managing Overcharge is a huge part of staying relevant as Sienna. The Pyromancer career incentivizes a high Overcharge while the Unchained career will dump damage taken into the meter, potentially killing Sienna outright.
The Battle Wizard becomes the easy choice as it has the Tranquility skill, automatically venting the Overcharge without dealing any damage to the caster. Sienna can get right back to casting quicker with this career. Toss in some excellent support bots for solo play and the Battle Wizard is capable of meeting any challenge.

Famished Flames is the star of many Sienna builds. Although taking a bit off of the initial impact, the increased burn damage against the game's toughest monsters is without equal. Unusually Calm makes it even faster for the Battle Wizard to recover from scorching enemies, making her one of the best classes in the game with the improved Tranquility activation time.
Burnout is perfect for the Battle Wizard as Fire Walk often puts the caster in danger with a forward leap. Immediately being able to turn around and Fire Walk again is not only a safe move, but it forces enemies to go through two sets of flames. Even on the Cataclysm difficulty, no man-sized creature is surviving that.

The build comes together with the Beam Staff. This should be the main method of attack as it cuts through hordes of enemies and blazes down bosses. While players are hunting down more red veteran items, this is the one that Sienna should have at the top of her list.
The primary weapon is designed to be more defensive because it should only be used if the Battle Wizard is critically overheating with her staff. The wide sweeps from the Flaming Flail can push enemies back. Mostly, use it to block and stay alive until the Beam Staff is ready to go again. This build should make that process extremely quick.
Warhammer Vermintide 2 is available now for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
