Titus and his squad have amassed a significant number of enemies in Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2, and they're not all Tyranid minions. As players progress through the epic sequel to the third-person shooter franchise, they're going to need to adopt some solid combat tactics to survive each wave of horrors the game has to offer.
For players who experience Space Marine 2 as a co-op campaign with up to two of their friends, having a layout of the battle and where the biggest threats are will give you a distinct advantage in combat. To do this, an understanding of how to mark enemies in Space Marine 2 will give you a significant headstart on your journey to victory.
Space Marine 2: Best Weapons To Use Against Swarms
Many fights in Space Marine 2 will have players facing swarms of smaller enemies; here are the best weapons to use in those situations.
How To Mark Enemies In Space Marine 2
It won't be uncommon for Space Marine 2 players to be swarmed by countless enemies, so it can be beneficial to flag some of the bigger threats to the squad, so they can be taken out sooner rather than later, and avoid having them ambush a member of the team.
To mark an enemy in Space Marine 2, hover your reticle over the enemy you wish to flag, and press the T key on PC or Up on the D-pad on a console controller. This is most effective when playing co-op with friends or after matchmaking with fellow gamers, as the AI generally won't pay attention to orders in a single player experience.

In order to earn the Pure Them All trophy/achievement, players will need to mark each enemy type in Space Marine 2 at least once. To help you along the way, we've put together this list of enemy types that you'll need to keep an eye out for.
