If players love Warframe, there's no shortage of excellent titles they should try out . It's not as if they'll run out of things to do in Warframe itself anytime soon, as players can spend hundreds of hours grinding for the perfect character, and the devs at Digital Extremes have been thoroughly committed to adding content and substantial updates. But it's always nice to have options, even if this title has so many things to do that spending hundreds of hours on this title isn't unthinkable in the slightest.

That said, it's not nearly as "action-packed" as Warframe, and some will find the combat elements a bit slower compared to the fast-paced combat in Warframe. That said, there is a lot to appreciate here for Sci-Fi RPG fans in general.

The immense success of Helldivers 2 has proven to be a gem to witness for Sony, who've finally cracked the live service formula and released an absolute gem that has taken the world by storm. The cinematic gunplay of this game coupled with a complex mission structure makes this game an absolute blast to get through in every way.

With the server issues slowly being rectified, more and more people can get into Helldivers 2 and see why this game is the perfect title for fans of action-packed third-person shooters. The tactical element of this title is surprisingly in-depth and adds another layer of gameplay to keep players invested in Helldivers 2 for the long haul.

Remnant: From the Ashes is a game that came out of nowhere and blew most people's minds with how engaging this title really was. The combination of third-person shooter gameplay with Soulslike elements made for a great time, and it's easy to see why so many people loved what this game had to offer.

Featuring a wealth of challenging boss fights and some amazing co-op gameplay to boot, it's easy to see why Remnant: From the Ashes was such a breakout hit. To make things even better, the sequel upped the ante to make it even more engaging to play through this amazing title.

One such title that has been an immense success is Deep Rock Galactic.

The premise of this title is pretty amazing as is. The idea of space dwarves going to hostile alien worlds in search of valuable materials while thwarting the many alien lifeforms that stand in their way makes for a great time that fans simply can't get enough of. Any fan of intense, rewarding cooperative shooting action will love what Deep Rock Galactic brings to the table.

ArcRunner is a third-person roguelike shooter set in an alternate futuristic setting. Players take control of a soldier equipped with a melee weapon, guns of different types, and special abilities. The gun variety is one of the strong points of this game as in addition to the standard fare like pistols, assault rifles, shotguns, and snipers, players can also obtain grenade launchers, tesla coils, and even disc launchers that can obliterate an entire level with one shot when fully upgraded.

Players unlock new gadgets by progressing and unlocking certain items. Things like faster movement, beefier guns, and better shields are on the menu. For fans looking to replicate the feeling of a powerful ranged DPS Warframe like Octavia, who can clear the room within seconds, ArcRunner gives off the same feeling, though getting to this point requires some time investment.

Indie gaming has led to the rise of several genres that are pretty engaging in their own right, with the roguelike genre being a great addition to gaming as a whole that fans can't get enough of. The fact that bigger studios are trying to make their own games in this genre is a testament to how massive indie gaming has become, with Returnal being one of the very best games players can check out if they want to enjoy a AAA roguelike title. Selene's attempts to try and escape the twisted loop she's caught in make for a riveting time, especially with players slowly uncovering her own story as they make progress in this twisted adventure.

Death awaits the player at every corner in the later stages, making it important to have the best loadout around so that players aren't caught off-guard by a particularly tough enemy that will absolutely decimate an unprepared party in no time flat.
