In Unicorn Overlord, there are many towns and cities you'll liberate, and will rebuild overtime by making deliveries and setting up guards. As you unlock each new location, they will require different materials to restore their town, with some items requiring a bit of extra effort to obtain.
In particular, there will be a few towns in the overworld that will ask you to provide Goat Milk to restore the area. This item cannot simply be purchased, but instead will require you to go out and procure some of your own. Here's how you can get yourself some Goat Milk.

How to Get Goat Milk in Unicorn Overlord
To get yourself some Goat Milk, you'll need to find some goats in the game. These animals will appear in the Albion region, where you'll also unlock the last set of stone carvings. Whenever you liberate a town in Albion, goats will begin to appear around the area.
If you've not yet unlocked the Albion region, it will become available to you after you've completed most of the main quests in Bastorias. The last one you'll need to finish is A Fleeting Dream, which can be found in the western area of Bastorias, just outside Dracodorina Citadel. When you've completed it, you'll unlock The Holy Kingdom of Albion, the first main quest in Albion.
In order to get milk from them, you will need to feed them Goat Biscuits. This item can be purchased from Provisioners, with the earliest location being found in Dyregulf Town. To locate Dyregulf, the town can be found in the northeastern area of Albion, shown in the map image above. The Provisioner here will sell Goat Biscuits for 200 G a piece, and they have an infinite amount in stock. Depending on how much Goat Milk you need, you can buy as many Goat Biscuits as you'd like to attract the goats in the area.
Now that you have some Goat Biscuits, you'll want to visit any of the towns in Albion that you've liberated, and approach a goat. From here, you'll receive a prompt with two options: Offer a goat biscuit, or walk away. You'll want to offer the treat to the goat, and then Alain will acquire some Goat Milk in return. This goat will run away, but you can offer biscuits to any of the other remaining goats in the area.

How to Use Goat Milk in Unicorn Overlord
After you've gotten a decent supply of Goat Milk in your inventory, there's one way you can use this item to your advantage: deliver it to towns and cities in need. This can be through either Restoration Requests to fix a town, or Auxiliary Requests to provide additional support.
Most of the towns that will request Goat Milk from you will be located within the Albion region, so you won't have to worry about obtaining the item if you're still towards the beginning of the game. Once you turn Goat Milk in to these towns, however, you'll get a decent amount of rewards, including some War Funds and Honors.
