Find the Journal

Before players can start interacting with the Elheim carvings, they must obtain the region's journal. This is done by interacting with some ruins that are just west of Yaniss Town, and their precise position has been marked on the map that is above.

Fans must complete the Raising the Submerged Bridge overworld quest, which is found west of Yaniss Town, in order to reach the ruins that hold the Elheim journal. That is only possible once O'er Wood and Water, which leads to the recruitment of Unicorn Overlord's Eltolinde, is resolved, and players will encounter that main quest as they work through Elheim.

Visit the Carvings in Order

The Elheim journal reveals that Unicorn Overlord players must visit the faeries carving, then the cerberus carving, then the spectre carving, and then the golem carving. The following map and images will help fans pinpoint the positions of those carvings, and the notes that are below them provide further information about reaching those objects.

  1. Faerie Carving: West of Hildi Town.
  2. Cerberus Carving: North of Fort Souill.
  3. Spectre Carving: By the Elheim Quarry, north of Fort Payvakea.
  4. Golem Carving: East of Fort Pikkimp.

Claim the Treasure

Players will have finished Carved of Elheim Stone as soon as they interact with the golem carving, and it is at that point that the quest rewards are granted. Those rewards are the Kingslance Elhal, five Honors, and 1,000 War Funds, and the spear is definitely the most exciting of the offerings. Fans will also see that the rapport between Alain and Yahna has increased upon completion of Carved of Elheim Stone, putting them one step closer to unlocking a conversation between those two Unicorn Overlord characters.
