Random events can make or break a career run in Umamusume: Pretty Derby, and the Acupuncturist event is one of the rarest things you can see when training a new horse girl. The Umamusume Acupuncturist career event can give your trainee a ton of stat boosts and helpful conditions, but things can backfire and make your career much harder.

There are multiple chakras to choose from when encountering the Acupuncturist in Umamsume, and each of them increases different stats and applies different conditions to your trainee. Knowing which chakra correlates to which stats can give you some breathing room in your training regimen, so it's a good idea to familiarize yourself with each outcome of the Acupuncturist event. Umamusume Acupuncturist Event Chakra Answers

Choosing any of the four chakras in the Umamusume Acupuncturist career event can unlock skills, raise stats, or increase your trainee's energy. Each chakra also has a chance to fail, however, and a failure can reduce your trainee's stats and inflict them with negative conditions.

As you can see from the table above, each chakra has the potential to give your trainee huge boosts to all five stats, recover their energy without wasting a turn, and unlock skills for free. There's a random chance that the selected chakra will fail, though, and that can afflict your trainee with negative conditions like Night Owl or Practice Poor while also lowering their stats and mood. The chance of failure is slim, but it's a risk you have to consider when making your decision.

You can also choose to skip the Acupuncturist event altogether and just leave without any treatment if you don't want to risk anything. If you do so, your trainee will recover a small amount of energy. Sometimes that's all you need, especially if your career is already going well.

The best chakras to choose are Charm and Strength. The Strength option's +20 boost to every stat is hard to turn down, and the Charming condition applied by the Charm chakra makes building friendships with Support Cards much easier. The Winning chakra also has some merit since Corner Recovery and Straightaway Recovery can really help an Umamusume who's low on Stamina, too. Ultimately, none of the failure effects are too crushing, so go with your gut and choose the best chakra for your trainee's needs.
