As always, some of these goals, like the number of students and campus level, will go up naturally by expanding and upgrading courses. The entertainment and hygiene requirements are fair and will take some work, the rest can be accomplished by having strong classrooms and teachers.

Three-Star Strategy

Arguably half of these goals can be taken care of by doing only two things; increasing the prestige of the Savoury/Sweet Kitchens and having excellent teachers. At this point, if this is the first time through the campaign, training isn't available yet. To get better teachers, players should fire any under three levels in their area of expertise and hire any above that mark. Beyond just good grades, this will lead to winning the cook-offs as well.

Entertainment back in Freshleigh Meadows was tough to manage, but thankfully gamers now have access to the Student Union. Either make one large one or a few smaller ones (a single large one is easier on the wallet) and schedule a party. This increases happiness drastically. Supplement this by placing arcades every so often throughout the campus.

Finally, there's the hygiene issue. It's very cheap to stick a Hand Sanitiser station in every room by the door. To keep the campus clean, hire multiple janitors. Don't be afraid to stick them in the most problematic rooms to hit that 70% threshold.
