The Bin-Blindness trait is one of the greatest banes in all of Two Point Campus. All it takes is a handful of students and staff with the attribute to turn the campus into a gigantic pile of garbage. And cleaning it up, once it gets bad, is expensive, often to the point of breaking the bank.
So how should players handle the Bin-Blindness trait? It can't be avoided, but it can be mitigated. There is a way to stay on top of it and ensure that these few litterbugs won't completely ruin the entire Two Point Campus experience. Take a few measures and prepare for the school to look pristine.
Don't Hire Staff With The Trait
A few students with the trait aren't going to completely ruin the entire game, so don't start expelling students who possess Bin-Blindness unless the problem gets overwhelming. Staff, on the other hand, players do get to control. Don't hire any with the Bin-Blindness trait.
Time keeps moving during the end of school, so there is truly no pressure to hire a good staff member with Bin-Blindness. Wait for one without it. Even if they aren't as high a level, that's what training is for. If the applications are coming in too slowly, speed up time during summer break.
Train Rapid Janitors With Aerodynamics
Although every staff member can benefit from the Rapid trait, the Janitors get the most out of it. Teachers and assistants often spend long periods of time in a single place while janitors are constantly going from place to place.
In addition to Rapid, training janitors to level ten in Aerodynamics turns them into a blur on the screen, picking up trash at a rate that's tough for the eye to follow. Training the entire staff is key to success, well-trained janitors can do the work of a full staff with half the employment numbers.
Stick Bin-Blindness Staff In A Small Room
If having staff that possess the Bin-Blindness trait is simply unavoidable or it is too late, don't fret. Aside from prevention, containing the damage is the next best thing and a few staff members can easily be compensated by the aforementioned janitors.
When dealing with a professor, assign them to a Private Tuition Room or Research Lab. For assistants, place them in a Student Union, Library, or Medical Office. In either case, have food, beverage, and bathrooms nearby so that they minimize their time littering in the hallway.
Two Point Campus is available now for PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
