Tower of Fantasy takes a couple of hours of gameplay before it stops holding players' hands every step of the way. One of the first times that players will need to actually solve a puzzle by themselves in Tower of Fantasy is when they reach Hykros for the first time and meet up with Elric. This happens once players get to Chapter 1-04 of the main story path after clearing Chapter 1-03's Clues in the Ruin quest.
Tower of Fantasy players will eventually need to defuse not one but three bombs to proceed with the adventure. It's worth noting that players can choose to skip the puzzle entirely, but they will lose out on the bonus rewards. Alright, let's show the locations for all three bombs and how to defuse them in Tower of Fantasy.
Tower of Fantasy: How to Defuse the First Bomb
To find the first bomb in the area, head up the staircase facing west and follow the blue holographic images of a man walking. Following him will lead to a red bomb that's placed on a pillar. Stand next to it and then press on the red-colored hand icon that appears.
Once the defusing screen appears, simply press the big Launch button on the bottom to cut the green wire.
How to Defuse the Second Bomb
After defusing the first bomb, continue to follow the holographic image until it leads players to a wall. Climb up the wall to get to the next floor and then go to the right to find the next bomb to defuse.
To defuse this one, just press the arrow on the right a few times to move the claw right above the green wire so that it doesn't touch the red wires. Go ahead and press Launch again to defuse it.
How to Defuse the Third Bomb
After a short scene, Tower of Fantasy players' characters will be taken outside the dome to defuse the third bomb, but something will go wrong, forcing the bomb to go off. However, players will get to reverse time and go for another attempt to defuse the bomb.
This is the hardest one to defuse, as there are moving electric bubbles that will mess up the defusion process. Players need to time the Launch correctly so that the "claw" doesn't touch anything besides the green wire.
