In or out of combat, your character in Throne and Liberty will always be regenerating a small amount of health. This can be helpful early on though stronger enemies will go way beyond your current restoration amounts and force you to heal using other methods.
While you can play as a healer, those playing alone as a DPS class will need some way of healing themselves without changing their build. The main way to heal in Throne and Liberty is by using World Tree Leaves, which Amitoi will use whenever your health drops to restore your health until it is back to full. As you play, you'll quickly go through your supply of World Tree Leaves; here's how to get more.

Throne And Liberty gives players the ability to auto-run, letting you take care of other things while traversing the map; here's how to do it.
How To Get World Tree Leaves In Throne and Liberty
There are a few ways to get World Tree Leaves that will happen naturally, though shouldn't be relied upon for getting a large supply.
- Rare drops from monsters.
- Rare drops when looting containers.
- Rewards for completing codex pages.
- Rewards for Battle Pass ranks.
Both of these methods will happen randomly just while playing the game, though even as drops from monsters, these items can be fairly rare. The best method for getting World Tree Leaves is by purchasing them from nearby Sundries shops. Sundrie shops are in every town in the game and appear on the map as a bag icon. Every store sells World Tree Leaves for 20 Sollant a piece.
Some Arena shops also sell World Tree Leaves.
While farming monsters may not be the best method for getting World Tree Leaves, many monsters at even a low level that drop Sollant will give you enough to purchase about three World Tree Leaves at a time. Completing quests and selling loot will also give you large amounts of Sollant that can easily be used to purchase World Tree Leaves.

How To Use World Tree Leaves In Throne and Liberty
Your total number of World Tree Leaves in your inventory will appear on your HUD along the bottom left corner of your currently equipped skills. These will be used automatically by Amitoi whenever you lose a bit of health. While World Tree Leaves are used automatically, there will be a six-second delay between each one being used, no matter how many you have. It's important to never run out of World Tree Leaves, so it's recommended to always stop at a Sundries store whenever in town.
