Out of the many Codex entry quests in Throne and Liberty, there are some that prove to be a little more difficult than others. This can boil down to being just overall longer to complete with various steps or the few steps they have involving some difficult actions needing to be taken. The worst ones, though, are the ones that look simple enough but prove to be rather frustrating to actually complete. One Codex entry that falls into this category is the World of Cooking quest.
Throne and Liberty: Lost Souls Quest Guide
The Lost Souls quest in Throne and Liberty is a little tricky, but once you know what to do and where to go, you'll wrap it up in no time.
This will come to players' attention when they are in Chapter 5 of the story and have reached Vienta Village. Here, players can work with Adventurer Pro Percy once again to complete this quest. However, people should know that they have to finish the Adventure Chapter 5 Codex entry called The Romance of Fishing. This quest will involve catching eight fish of any kind for Adventurer Pro Percy. This can be done down at the docks of Vienta Village or a pond that is at the bottom of the cliffs near Percy. Once a player has unlocked The World of Cooking, they can follow this guide and get more involved in the available food.
How To Complete The World Of Cooking Quest in Throne and Liberty
The gist of this mission is to master the art of cooking in this game, something that is available from the beginning, but many players may not realize is possible. This quest looks to rectify that.
Percy asks the adventurer to cook three specific meals for him, which can be done at any campfire around the game.
For those looking to save time, there is a campfire just south of Vienta Village they can use. Just be ready to fight off some Desert Cobras and other enemies that roam the area. They need to be taken out before the cooking can commence.
This is where things can get a little frustrating, as none of the meals Percy asks for can be cooked right away. As is the case with so many mechanics in this game, players can level up their cooking ability, which will unlock more recipes they can use. Each recipe comes with higher levels in the tree:
- Laslan Style Fish Stew (Level 3)
- Fish Pottage (Level 7)
- Fish Steak (Level 8)
Yes, in order to complete this quest, players will need to progress their cooking to at least Level 8. This is done by just cooking meals to get more experience in it.
