Part of what makes an MMORPG replayable and time-consuming is the quest to level up a character to the top level, gaining all the experience, weapons, and content that is only relegated to the strongest of people. For Throne and Liberty, this also includes accessing the endgame content, which comes with its own gear and materials. In many ways, the game opens up yet again at this point and serves as the main goal for plenty of players as they begin their journey.
When beginning in the game, players may want to know what the max level is just so they can have a good idea of how far they are going to have to go. It's not going to be a very quick journey, so everyone needs to make sure they know what they are getting themselves into.
Throne and Liberty: How To Fish
Life Skills are one of the newest additions to Throne and Liberty, and some players might worry they come late into the game.
What's The Max Level?
While the Korean version of the game had a maximum level of 70, the initial global release has a max level of 50. This leveling, according to the developers, should take players roughly 3–4 weeks to achieve — or a few days for the most hardcore of players. Increasing the level of a character will give them access to better gear and improve their overall stats to take on the hardest parts of the game.
There are a handful of ways that players can help get their level up as fast as possible to reach that max level:
- Complete contracts (especially the main storyline contracts)
- Mob Grinding
- Exploring and discovering things in the open world
- Complete daily contracts
- Complete the Resistance event
While completing contracts, specifically the main storyline contracts, is the best way to level up, the other options are just as valuable. There has been no word yet on whether the maximum level will return to 70, but it wouldn't be surprising at all if this were eventually the case. Most MMORPGs see their level cap increase in DLCs and certain milestones.
