There are a ton of side quests and content for players to sink their teeth into in Throne and Liberty. These are presented in a clean, concise way, as well, through the game's Codex. Able to be accessed at any time, this section of the game consolidates every quest and organizes them into three categories: Adventure, Exploration, and Collection. Adventure is the main story and Collection is focused on the various items that can be collected, while Exploration is where the side quests can be found. It is here that players can discover the Friend of Morokai the Turncoat quest.#
Throne and Liberty Settings Change Is a Game-Changer
One Throne and Liberty player takes to social media after discovering a game-changing feature, quickly gaining a lot of attention from the community.
This side quest can only be activated once a player has activated the Waystone for the Carmine Forest. Activating this Waystone will give players access to the quests available in that region, including the Friend of Morokai the Turncoat. With the quest available, it's time for players to dive into it and take on the Queen Blood Spider, one of the game's many bosses that can be fought during its quests. Doing so will net them a good amount of rewards and a nice Morph they can equip as well, so for anyone looking to tackle this quest, this guide is here to help.
How To Complete Friend Of Morokai The Turncoat
When starting the quest, players will see they have two objectives to complete during the mission:
- Collect a page of Collection: About Morokai
- Defeat Queen Blood Spider
Collecting A Page Of Collection: About Morokai
By heading south of the Carmine Forest Waypoint, players will see a blue circle appear on their map when they have the quest active. While there is another one a little to the west as well, this is the best spot to finish the quest as quickly as possible.
Once a person has reached the blue circle, they will likely find the Queen Blood Spider, herself, surrounded by her minions. Ignore them for now.
Instead, look around to find various pages that can be picked up to complete this first objective. There is one up on a rock that is looking over where the Queen Blood Spider is roaming for easy taking.
Defeat The Queen Blood Spider
Now it's time to take on the queen herself. What can make the fight difficult is the surrounding spider minions that are with her. If possible, players should try to hit the queen with a ranged attack to draw it away from her friends. However, players can also focus on the smaller enemies first, so that they can get them out of the way and then turn their attention to the big bad herself.
The Queen has some big attacks that can deal some good damage to the player if they land. Her Leaping Strike is one of the worst ones, which will hurt a character, while also knocking them down and stunning them.
As long as players just keep lying into her with their Skills and using any defensive moves or rolling out of the way when she goes back to lunge, they will take her down just fine. It's good to have some Recovery Crystals in their inventory as well.
