Throne And Liberty: Danger Within Peace Codex Walkthrough

The Codex system in Throne and Liberty can be a little weird, as the areas in which the quests have to be completed can be at a higher level than the requirement to start the quest itself. This can make finishing these missions a little tougher, since players may be fooled into expecting the quest to be easy to finish and are met with enemies hitting far harder than they may have expected. One such quest that falls into this category is Danger Within Peace.

Found in the Daybreak Shores area of the map, Danger Within Peace requires players to be in their mid-30s to start once they have activated the area using the Waystone. However, Daybreak Shores itself boasts a recommended level of at least 38 to survive. This rings true, as even being one level under 38 makes things way more difficult than they need to be. Because of this, players need to be level 38 before they attempt this quest, even though it unlocks before that. It just makes the whole thing a much better experience. Once they have done that, they can follow this guide to complete the quest.

How To Complete Danger Within Peace

In this quest, players will have to complete three different objectives:

Defeat Starlight Firefly at Night
Defeat Pirate King’s Chest Crab
Collect a Page of Collection: To Pirate King Adelico

These are all pretty straightforward, though actually finding them is another story. Here are the best ways to complete these steps with ease.

Defeat Starlight Firefly At Night

The first objective can be done in the large blue circle on the game's map. If players warp to the Daybreak Shores area, the Waystone they'll arrive at is directly overlooking this area. Looking down on it at night, players can see a ton of Starlight Fireflies roaming around.

Players just need to jump down and defeat five of these flying insects. This is where being at least level 38 is key, as taking these on while also dealing with the numerous enemies around them can be next to impossible at a lower level.

If they are the recommended level, players will easily be able to take down five of these bugs to complete this step.

Defeat Pirate King's Chest Crab

Again, being at level 38 is important here, as this enemy can take a good amount of beating before it goes down. It can be found near the ship wreckage along the coast; luckily, there is a small blue circle that will show players exactly where it is.

Once found, players just need to unleash all their best Skills on the crustacean until it falls. It has some big hits that players can look to avoid and even block using their defense. It also helps if another player is along for the ride, since some smaller enemies can complicate matters as well.

The final step of this quest can be completed through different methods as long as players pick up a page from this specific collection. There are several littered around Daybreak Shores that can easily be found.

For this guide, players can use the image above to locate a page that is in the same area as the Starlight Fireflies for the first step of the quest. Picking it up will bring the quest to a close.
