In Bungie's weekly Destiny 2 blog for April 25, the developer revealed a number of changes coming during this week in the popular online-only first-person shooter. One of the biggest changes includes nerfs to the Luna's Howl and Not Forgotten hand cannons. Another major detail outlined in this blog post is that this week's Invitation of the Nine quest is broken, but the developers are working on correcting the issue.
It doesn't seem this issue should take long to fix either, so players can expect a fix sooner rather than later. With the on-going Spring Revelry event and its many rewards, it also seems likely that Destiny 2 players can find something to pass the time while waiting on this broken Invitation of the Nine quest to be fixed, such as unlocking the Arbalest, completing runs through the Verdant Forest, and/or unlocking the Inaugural Revelry or Vernal Growth armors.
Notably, this isn't the only slip-up related to Xur in past weeks, as the Agent of the Nine vendor previously and accidentally sold the PS4-exclusive Wavesplitter weapon to PC and Xbox One players. This was quickly disabled but not before some players managed to purchase it, though it not usable by them until the exclusivity deal ends in September 2019.
Destiny 2 is out for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
