The Sims Medieval is one of the most beloved entries in the series, which is why so many fans were overjoyed when the Royalty and Legacy EP was announced - the content in the pack is very reminiscent of The Sims Medieval.

Its launch is now closer than ever, so many fans have already begun thinking of the royal households that they will create in order to explore all of the new mechanics, skills, and, of course, customization and decorative options.

Sims 4 updates and packs tend to go live at 10 AM PT. Therefore, players can expect the Royalty and Legacy expansion pack to become available for The Sims 4 on February 12. 2026 at around 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET / 5 PM GMT.
