There are various packs in The Sims 4 that allow gamers to own a business, such as a vet clinic, a restaurant, or a retail store. While running a business, players must transfer funds between their Sim's household funds and the business funds so they put money into the business for expenses and take out some of it once they make a profit.
How to Transfer Household Funds to Your Business in The Sims 4
When players first start a business in The Sims 4, they will need to transfer some funds to their business so they're able to open and maintain it. To transfer funds to a business in The Sims 4, gamers must click the "Venue Funds Transfer" button, which is located on the left of their Household funds total.
Before confirming the transaction, gamers must make sure that the household funds are on the left and the business funds are on the right. If players open this menu while at their business venue, they must select the two arrows to change the transaction; at the location, it will choose the business funds as the default sender.
Once players have opened the Transfer Business Funds menu, they simply have to input how much money they'd like to transfer to their business and select Confirm Transfer.
There is a bug that prevents players from transferring business funds in The Sims 4. If players live in a Property Rental, they cannot exchange Simoleons between their accounts.
How to Transfer Business Funds to Your Household in The Sims 4
Once players start making some profit, it's time to transfer some funds to their Sim's household account so they can pay the bills. To transfer funds from a business to a household in The Sims 4, gamers can click the button next to the Business Funds in the Owned Businesses menu. Once the Transfer Business Funds menu is open, players must choose the amount of money they'd like to send to their household funds before selecting Confirm Transfer.
Alternatively, they can also select the "Venue Funds Transfer" button next to the player's Simoleon count; it will automatically set the transfer from business to household if the player is at their business venue.
