  • stats.set_skill_level Major_Handiness [X]

Firstly, players have to enable cheats and then insert this code into the cheat console. The [X] must be replaced by the level that they want to reach. So, if players want to max out the Handiness Skill, they must input the following code: "stats.set_skill_level Major_Handiness​​​​​​​ 10".
